What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty applies to all the films in our portfolio (excluding accessories) when properly used, handled, and installed. This warranty takes effect from the date of installation, with the purchase invoice serving as proof. It’s important to review and confirm that the warranty details align with the specific product, application, use, and maintenance of your film.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  1. Damage to film or painted surfaces caused by improper washing techniques, automated car washes, or the use of unsuitable or abrasive cleaning products.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect application, road debris impact, or intentional harm, leading to wear, peeling, or other forms of deterioration.
What Qualifies as an Acceptable Warranty Claim

The following issues are covered under the warranty:

  • Cracking
  • Yellowing
  • Discoloration
  • Peeling
  • Delaminating
  • Degumming
  • Bubbling
How to File a Warranty Claim

If you need warranty assistance, follow these steps:

  1. Review Your Warranty – Check the coverage details to confirm eligibility.
  2. Gather Documentation – Keep your installation receipt and any supporting proof.
  3. Describe the Issue – Provide a clear explanation of the problem, including any steps you’ve taken to fix it.
  4. Submit Your Claim – Complete the warranty support form and send it for review.
    Recommended Product Care

    Following the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications on caring for exterior surfaces will also enhance the longevity of our product. Here are some tips:

    1.Do not wash your vehicle for at least three days after installation.

    2. After 3 days, regular hand-washing with soap, water, and premium microfiber towels and cloths are recommended. Avoid automatic car washers or spraying film edges with power washers or high-pressure nozzle hoses to prevent lifting.
